Completed work can either be collected or returned by 1st Class Royal Mail or, in the case of Canvas prints, returned by courier.

Which postal charge should I use?

When you complete your delivery address details you can select from a drop-down menu.

Normal UK first class is now £4.00 for all items

Hopefully this is self-explanatory, but if you are unsure which service to use please call.

What kind of packaging?

Naturally, we package items to keep them safe in transit and in the most economical way. This can mean that orders for large items ( postal tubes ) and large quantities will not fit through a standard letterbox. If that is likely to be a problem, why not choose a different delivery address, such as your place of work?

Special Delivery

Royal Mail Special Delivery is a tracked, next day by 1pm postal service for items up to 1000gms. Normally the item will not be delivered unless it is signed for, so make sure there will be someone at the address to receive and sign for it.

How quickly will my order be completed?

We aim to complete all work on the day of receipt and most work arrives the next day. Items that can add extra time are canvas prints or orders received after 2.30pm on a normal working day.

My order hasn't arrived

You will be kept informed via email of the progress of your work through the laboratory, including the despatch date. Royal Mail are generally very good but local changes can affect their service: relief RM staff may cause delays; Christmas delays can be expected; a RM card should be left if mail is undeliverable, but sometimes items are taken back to your local Sorting Office to await your collection.

Anecdotally we've seen items delivered to the wrong address and the item is redirected so it is important to take the time to fill in the complete delivery address!

Do allow a few days to account for any local delays to the postal service but don't hesitate to contact us if you are concerned. RM require twenty working days before initiating an enquiry.

Courier Despatch

We use UPS for delivery bulky items such as canvas prints: the service offers tracking and is normally next day for mainland UK. It is important that there is someone at the the delivery address to receive the item: please include a full delivery address and a contact telephone number .
